These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Symm platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Platform Role

Symm provides a technology platform that facilitates access to financial services offered by licensed third-party institutions.

Symm:

Does not hold customer funds
Does not issue cards or electronic money
Does not provide investment or financial advice

2. Third-Party Financial Services

Payment, wallet, and card-related services are provided by regulated financial institutions, including SB Payment Service, in accordance with applicable laws.

Symm is not a party to the underlying financial service agreements between users and such institutions. Your use of third-party financial services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

3. Digital Assets (If Applicable)

Where digital asset-related features are made available:

Services are subject to local laws and eligibility requirements
Symm does not guarantee asset value or stability
Symm does not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange

4. Compliance Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
Comply with all applicable regulations in your jurisdiction
Provide accurate information during identity verification and account setup

Any violation of these obligations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Symm shall not be liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from:

Actions or inactions of third-party financial institutions
Regulatory changes or compliance requirements
Service interruptions beyond Symm's reasonable control

In no event shall Symm be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
